What to Do If You Can't Log In

Trouble getting in? Here are the most common reasons and what to do:

• Wrong password — Double-check that Caps Lock is off and you're using the correct password. If you've forgotten it, reach out to our support team through the Help section.
• Incorrect username or number — Make sure you're using the exact username or Philippine mobile number you registered with. A typo is the most common culprit.
• Account not yet verified — If you registered recently, check whether you completed the verification step. Unverified accounts may have limited access.
• Browser or cache issue — Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. Sometimes an outdated cached page causes the login form to behave unexpectedly.
• Stable connection — A weak or intermittent mobile data connection can interrupt the login process. Switch to Wi-Fi or a stronger signal if possible.

If none of those solve it, our support team is available 24/7 to walk you through account recovery. Just reach us through the contact details in the footer.
